By phone: Call to speak with someone right now. We pick up weekdays during business hours and return calls same business day on other times. If you need something tonight or this weekend, call anyway, we handle emergency porta potty rental and emergency septic service outside normal hours.
By email: Use the form at the bottom of this page. Write what you need, when you need it, and how many units. Include the job site address so we can check access and plan delivery. A real person reads it and replies within 4 business hours on weekdays.
In person: We don't staff a walk-in office, but we can meet you at the job site to measure, show samples, or talk through a big project. Call to set that up.
Service areas and delivery
We serve La Crosse proper and the towns around it. Onalaska is 6 miles north, Holmen is 12.2 miles north, and Dresbach, Minnesota is 13.5 miles northwest. If your site is further out, call anyway. We may still be able to reach you, and we can tell you straight if we can't.
A roll-off dumpster delivery needs about 60 feet of clear space behind the truck, measured straight back from the street. Give us the address and we'll walk you through what we need. Most sites work fine. If placement in the public right of way is part of your plan, that needs confirming with the city before we drop it.
Standard porta potty units run about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and 92 inches tall. They fit most job sites. ADA accessible units need a 36-inch clear approach, a 32-inch door opening width per ADA Standards section 404.2.3, and a 60-inch turning circle per ADA Standards section 304.3.1. Services we provide
We rent standard and deluxe portable toilets, restroom trailers from 2 to 8 stalls, storage containers, temporary fencing, handwashing stations, and roll-off dumpsters in sizes from 10 to 40 yards. We also pump septic tanks and grease traps.
Toilet counts on construction sites follow OSHA 1926.51(c)(1): 1 facility for 20 workers or fewer; add 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up; then 1 per 50 workers at 200 or more. How often do you service a unit?
One visit per week is the baseline for up to 10 users over a 40-hour week under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. We can add service midweek, pump daily, or set a schedule that matches your site. Just ask.
Can you deliver on the same day?
Yes, weekdays. Weekend and holiday delivery costs more. Call before 10 a.m. and we'll do our best. If the site is in La Crosse proper or a nearby town, same-day is usually doable.
Do portable toilets really smell bad?
No. A sealed tank, good ventilation, and regular service keep them clean. Read more about how porta potties work and what makes them sanitary.
What if I need a restroom trailer instead?
Restroom trailers have flush toilets, sinks, heating and air, and often tile and lighting that feels like a real bathroom. They cost more but work best for offices, events, and job sites where people spend hours. Call for pricing.
Are your units ADA compliant?
We have ADA accessible porta potties that meet ADA Standards section 213.2. At least 5 percent of units in a cluster must be accessible, never fewer than one. Let us know if you need them and we'll set the site up right.
